Damp Proofing & Timber Treatment Carried Out Between Edinburgh, Glasgow & The Scottish Borders.

I’d phoned Brian after many failed attempts at resolving a penetrating damp issue in my flat. I’d just had a “survey” carried out by another company a few days before & was quoted at least £4000 for the remedial works, all without the contractor actually checking anything. I decided to get a second (well, first) opinion after a number of red flags with the company & thankfully I did. I received a very comprehensive report, containing pictures & references, method statements & other useful information to help me fix not only what I’d called him for, but other humidity & condensation problems which I didn’t even know I was experiencing.  I was then able to approach a roofing contractor with confidence in what needed to be done & what I should expect.
