Our survey was incredibly detailed and thorough, and Brian was deeply knowledgeable and generous with his time and expertise. Work was reasonably priced and though work was needed to be carried out over more days than expected, this did not amount to extra cost for us. Overall, could not recommend Fortress One highly enough.
Thought we had a rising damp issue and it was going to cost a bomb! Brian came out checked moisture levels in floors and walls and found a leaky radiator was the problem and we didn’t need to worry about breaking the bank on damp course treatment!! So helpful even sent out an email of advice about condensation and wouldn’t take a penny. Such a genuine trustworthy tradesman they are hard to come across these days. Will definitely be saving the contact details should I require further help in the future!
I called Brian and he was fantastic from start to finish. Came and Inspected the house , found and treated the problem and saved me over 10k that what I thought was damp and mould was condensation. All treated and resorted, fast friendly and amazing service 100 % recommended. Thanks again Brian!
